To make your official entry for the International Customizing Equine Event, we need you to fill in the Entry Form on this website. By giving us your complete name and mailing address, you will be eligible to receive the random rewards (prizes). Your contact information will not be shared or sold to third parties, it is only for ICEE use.

If you have a Facebook account that does not match your real name, please let us know so we can follow your entry and completion.

 

Address: This is to be your complete mailing address. Should we not have your complete address including street, city, state/province, country and postal code you may not receive any random rewards should you be selected.

 

Opt out of Rewards? You can decide you don't want to receive any rewards, so the odds go up in other participants favour. Yes = I don want rewards. No or blank = I would like to receive rewards if I am selected.

 

There is a NON_MANDATORY entry fee of $2.00 US (or more, you decide) to help pay expenses related to purchase and shipping of rewards. You do not have to pay the entry fee in order to qualify for rewards. Depending on funds available, you may be asked to pay for shipping of a reward you have selected for.
